Can I gift to an existing KIDDOS subscriber?
Yes! The gift value will be applied as credit to their account and automatically deducted from their upcoming renewals.
Does the receiver need a credit card?
Yes — new members need a card on file as protection in case of lost or damaged toys. They won't be charged during the gift period.
What if the gift isn't redeemed?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. We'll send you a reminder 7 days before expiry. Unredeemed vouchers are non-refundable.
Can the receiver extend after the gift ends?
Absolutely! When the gift period ends, they'll be offered to convert to a regular monthly subscription.
Is the gift membership recurring?
No. It's a one-time payment. The subscription ends after the gifted months are used up — no auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
