Can I gift to an existing KIDDOS subscriber?

Yes. The gift value is applied as credit to their account and automatically deducted from their upcoming renewals.

Does the receiver need a credit card?

New members add a card on file as protection in case of lost or damaged toys — but they won't be charged during the gift period.

What if the gift isn't redeemed?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. We'll send a reminder 7 days before expiry. Unredeemed vouchers are non-refundable.

Can the receiver continue after the gift ends?

Absolutely. When the gifted months are used up, they'll be offered the chance to convert to a regular monthly subscription.

Is the gift membership recurring?

No. It's a one-time payment. The membership simply stops when the gifted months end — no auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
